Michelle Williams

For more than 10 years, Michelle Williams has dedicated herself to empowering people with learning disabilities.

She began as a volunteer with Conwy Connect and progressed into leadership roles, including leading friendship groups and contributing to national advisory bodies. Now Co-Chair of the North Wales Learning Disability Transformation Programme, she advocates for issues such as relationships, transport, and support needs.

Living with epilepsy and physical disabilities, she draws on personal experience to inform her work. She also leads the North Wales Flyers, organising accessible meetings and ensuring inclusivity.

She is widely respected for her commitment, compassion, and influential advocacy.
